Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Prodify.Space ("Prodify", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Prodify is in beta. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

1. Data we collect

Account details — your name and email address. Your password is stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.
Onboarding profile — the archetype and preferences you share during onboarding (such as your focus area, intent, experience level, and company stage).
Journey activity — your goals, tasks, reflections, and progress through your learning journey.
Mentorship activity — mentor matches, requests, and session information where you take part.
Basic usage data — sign-in activity needed to operate and secure your account.

2. How we use your data

To create and secure your account.
To classify your archetype and build your personalized journey (beginning with your Foundation stage).
To match you with mentors and to track your progress and reflections.
To improve the platform and understand how it is used (analytics are optional — see below).

3. Your consent choices

Some data uses are optional and controlled by your consent settings, which you can change at any time from your account:

Essential — required for the platform to function.
Analytics — optional usage analytics to improve Prodify.
Marketing — optional product updates and communications.
iBrain intelligence — optional sharing of your scores and progress with our intelligence engine to personalize your experience.
Mentor visibility — allows an assigned mentor to view your progress and scores so they can support you.

4. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

With mentors assigned to you, when mentor visibility is enabled.
With our iBrain intelligence engine, when you have opted in.
With service providers that help us operate the platform, and where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain security and audit records. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

You are in control of your data. Within Prodify you can:

Export your data — request a copy of your data in JSON or CSV.
Delete your data — request deletion of your account and personal data. Deletion runs after a short grace period; some records may be anonymized or retained where the law requires.
Manage consent — review and update your consent choices at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and during beta we continue to strengthen our safeguards.

8. Children

Prodify is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the version above and, where appropriate, ask you to review and accept the new version.
