Terms of Service

Welcome to Prodify.Space ("Prodify", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prodify platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Prodify is currently in beta: features may change, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

1. What Prodify is

Prodify is a product-management community acceleration platform. We help you discover your archetype, work through structured learning journeys (beginning with the Foundation stage), reflect on your progress, and connect with mentors and peers. Prodify supports your growth — it does not guarantee any job, promotion, income, or other specific outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Prodify. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not share or transfer your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

When using Prodify, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other members, mentors, or staff.
• Post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or your progress.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create (such as goals and reflections). You grant Prodify a limited license to store and process that content to operate the service. The Prodify platform, its curriculum, and its branding remain the property of Prodify and its licensors.

6. Mentors and community

Mentorship and community interactions are provided by other members. Guidance shared through Prodify is for informational purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or employment advice.

7. Beta service and availability

Because Prodify is in beta, we may add, change, or remove features, and the service may be interrupted. We do our best to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation during beta.

8. Termination

You may stop using Prodify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You can request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service during beta. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the version above and, where appropriate, ask you to review and accept the new version.
