Your place in the community · Mentor

You came to help—not to keep proving you’re worth listening to.

Prodify brings prepared product work, the context behind it, and people ready to act—so your experience can be useful without becoming a performance.

How your guidance moves

Mentorship becomes meaningful when advice continues into product action.

The seeker owns the decision. You help improve the quality of the reasoning around it.

01

The work arrives with context

Start with customer evidence, constraints, and the unresolved decision—not another introductory call.

02

Guidance has somewhere to go

Your question connects to a next move the Seeker owns, rather than disappearing when the call ends.

03

Usefulness builds the record

See what changed and let evidence of impact—not audience size or a pleasant rating—build credibility.

How it begins

Account, then profile, then a human decision.

You create an account, answer three questions about your product experience, expertise and availability, and submit. A community admin reviews the application — matching only happens after that approval. You will be told when it lands either way, and you can see where you stand without asking.

Bring current or recent product practice. Approval is a person's judgment, not a scored form.

Approval before matching — so a seeker never meets an unvetted mentor.

Guidance in practice

Mentor the decision—not the performance.

The conversation begins with an actual product situation and ends with an observable move. Your experience helps a seeker compare patterns without borrowing your conclusion.

A relationship with boundaries

Close enough to be useful. Clear enough to preserve agency.

01Recognise

You bring pattern recognition.

Lessons from discovery, prioritization, stakeholder trade-offs, delivery, and outcomes.

02Preserve agency

The seeker keeps ownership.

The evidence, decision, experiment, and accountability stay with the person doing the work.

03Return learning

The community keeps the learning.

Useful guidance becomes a reusable pattern without exposing the seeker or flattening the context.

The honest promise

Your experience cannot guarantee the destination. It can make the next product decision clearer.

Mentoring here is unpaid. There is no payout, no rate card and no revenue share — what you get back is the practice, the people, and seeing your judgment change an outcome. No inflated promises, no performative visibility: bring current or recent product practice, the integrity to name uncertainty, and enough consistency to follow through.
